Optagen.ai provides Agent Experience (AX) measurement, AI brand perception monitoring (Signal Track), agent infrastructure APIs (Stack Track), and consulting services (AX Track).
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All content, reports, scores, methodologies, and materials provided through Optagen.ai are the intellectual property of Agenic Agency Inc. The AX Score, APO methodology, and AP Index are proprietary to Optagen.ai.
Reports and deliverables prepared for clients are confidential and intended solely for the named recipient. Redistribution without written permission is prohibited.
Optagen.ai provides its services on an "as is" basis. In no event shall Optagen.ai or Agenic Agency Inc. be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
AX Scores and AI perception assessments reflect conditions at the time of assessment and may change as AI models evolve. Scores do not constitute professional consulting advice unless provided under a paid engagement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
